  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • Original proof of purchase (order number) must be provided
  • Certain safety and hygiene-related items may not be returnable (see below)

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personal flotation devices (PFDs) that have been removed from packaging
  • Custom-fitted boat parts
  • Used paddles with signs of wear
  • Opened waterproofing treatments or maintenance products

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Processing time: 3-5 business days after receipt
  • Refund method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)

Exchange Process
