Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods to meet your needs:

Standard Shipping:

  • Cost: $12.95 USD
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipping

Free Shipping:

  • Available for orders over $50 USD
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We ship globally, excluding some Asian and remote areas.

International Shipping

For our global customers:

  • All prices are in USD
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our premium water sports equipment and your satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns process.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • Original proof of purchase (order number) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personal flotation devices (PFDs) that have been removed from packaging
  • Custom-fitted boat parts
  • Used paddles with signs of wear
  • Opened waterproofing treatments or maintenance products

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

    • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is at customer’s expense unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:
